Our Warranty Promise

Every iCrave product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our devices and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions under normal use, motor failures, charging port defects, and battery issues within the first 6 months. If your product fails due to any of these reasons, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, water damage beyond the product's stated waterproofing specifications, cosmetic damage, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at care@icrave.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Replacement & Repairs

Approved warranty claims will be processed within 5–10 business days. We may offer a replacement unit or repair the original device depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
