Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's our policy on cancellations, returns, and how we handle refunds.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact our support team immediately at care@icrave.in with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Eligibility
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email care@icrave.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos demonstrating the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, items without original packaging, products damaged due to misuse, and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
