Shipping Policy

Discreet Delivery — Always
We understand your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender name on the package will simply read 'iCrave' with no indication of the contents.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once it is placed.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days) and express shipping (2–3 business days) across India. Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order from your Account → Orders section.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide accurate delivery instructions.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
