Yes, and we are boring about it on purpose. Every device is body-safe silicone — non-porous, phthalate-free, and nothing that reacts with skin. The electronics are sealed. Use water-based lubricant only, keep it to one person, and stop if anything feels off. Boring is the correct answer to this question.

That is most people who buy from us. Start on the lowest setting. Genuinely — the lowest setting is gentle, and there is no rule that says you have to go further. Nothing here needs instructions or a manual you will not read. If you want the easiest starting point, SUTRA has no battery, no app and nothing to learn. ₹1,799.

The box tells you nothing. A plain outer carton. No brand name, no product name, no illustration, no hint. The courier sees a parcel from a wellness company and thinks about lunch. Nobody who handles it will know what is inside. That is the entire design.

Will this show up awkwardly on my bank statement?

It appears as SENSALABS WELLNESS. That is it. No product name, no category, nothing that invites a question at the dinner table.

Is the TANTRIX App secure?

Accepted Answer

Encrypted, and deliberately forgetful. Sessions are encrypted. We do not record them, we do not keep a history of what you did, and we do not analyse it. You can delete your account and everything attached to it whenever you like. The less we hold, the less there is to worry about.

Does the app work on my phone?

Accepted Answer

iOS 15 and above, Android 11 and above. Download it, turn on Bluetooth, tap Add Device, and it pairs in about twenty seconds. Free on both stores.

Do I need internet to use it?

Only for the long-distance part. In the same room, it is Bluetooth — no internet, no account needed, works on a flight. To hand control to someone in another city, you both need to be online.

Can I control it from another city?

Another city, another country, another time zone. Long Distance Mode connects two devices in real time over the internet. One of you shares a private code, the other joins, and both devices respond as it happens. She moves her thumb in Delhi. You feel it in Mumbai. That is not a metaphor, it is the feature.

Nine are built in. Then you can draw your own. The app has a pattern builder — trace the intensity curve you want, save it, name it, use it again. Or hand the phone to someone else and let them improvise in real time.

Yes. Every device has physical buttons. Press to power on, press to cycle modes. The app adds patterns, custom curves and long distance — it does not gatekeep the basics. SUTRA has no electronics at all, so the question does not apply.

Are TANTRIX products waterproof?

Most are IPX7. One is not, and we would rather say so. IPX7 means you can take it into the shower or the bath and rinse it under a tap without worrying. LILA is IPX5 — splash-resistant. Rinse it under running water and dry it, but do not submerge it. Check the specification on any product page.

How do I clean my device?

Warm water, mild unscented soap, before and after. Air dry away from direct sunlight, then store somewhere clean and dry. No alcohol, no solvents, no dishwasher. It takes about a minute, which is less time than you spent reading this.

What lubricant should I use?

Accepted Answer

Water-based. Only water-based. Silicone and oil-based lubricants break down silicone over time — it goes tacky and it is not recoverable. Water-based is cheap, available everywhere, and rinses off.

Three to five business days standard, one to three express. You get a tracking link the moment it ships. Cash on delivery is available across most of India.

What if my product won't connect to the app?

Four things, in this order. Turn Bluetooth off and on. Hold the device button to restart it. Restart your phone. Update the app. That fixes it almost every time. If it does not, email care@tantrix.ai and we will work it out with you.

Can I return the product?

Accepted Answer

Not once it is opened, and here is the honest reason. These are intimate products. We cannot resell a returned one, and you would not want us to. If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within seven days and we replace it. No argument, no photographs of you looking sad next to a box.

Is TANTRIX for couples or solo users?

Both, and the range is split accordingly. CHAKRA is the only one that genuinely needs two people. Everything else works alone and works better with someone if you want it to. Long Distance Mode exists because plenty of couples are not in the same city.

Yes. These are adult wellness products, sold lawfully to adults over 21. We are a registered Indian company, we pay GST, and we ship through ordinary couriers. There is nothing to be nervous about.

Roughly 70 to 90 minutes of use per charge, depending on intensity. Charging takes about two hours over USB. Charge it fully before the first use — it ships partly charged so it does not sit at full for months in a warehouse.

Chat is free. Always, with all 25 of them. No message limits, no meter running while you think of what to say. Sikas are in-app credits for the extras, starting at ₹99, and they never expire. You can use a TantriX device without ever opening the AI side, and vice versa.

Yes, and it is the strangest, best thing we built. Pair a device in the app and a companion can take the controls during a conversation. It responds to what is happening rather than running a preset. It is also the feature people tell us they did not expect to like.
